We are always looking for the easy way to enjoy life. There was a TED talk by Shawn Archor "happiness advantage". Which lines out some good life tips. make it easier to workout than it is to watch tv or put off working out. How? Wear workout clothing to bed if working out in the morning. Put workout clothing next to the couch not the remote. (Also a good tip for smokers). you should trip over a kettle bell on your way to the kitchen. Rearrange your living space to not what's comfortable but to what's productive. Post more tips! Nothing but love!
