Moving

Dear Pals,

I'm picking up speed in my move to Southern California; however, all this moving business, packing and tending to needed home repairs, has put a serious dent in my training schedule. I continue to track my diet as required by my nutritional trainer and sneak in some training in my home gym when I can. I've worked FAR too hard to get where I am and I AM NOT going back there!

I am very happy to report that, after going a bit too far and dipping to a somewhat catabolic 157 pounds and BF% of 16%, I am now holding in the area of 180 pounds (today I'm at 178) with a BF% of slightly under 10%! Five years ago I wore XXXXLT shirts and now a Large fits good around the arms, chest and shoulders but is lose in the belly, or lack thereof. Lastly, when I went to get a new Tux for my daughters' weddings this past year, I was blown away by the fact that 5 years ago I wore a 60 Portly and now wear a 42 Athletic, with a waist going from 62" to 33"! HA HA!!!

I want to add that at no time during my journey did I EVER utter the word "Diet." After a brush with a minor coronary I simply decided that I just needed to return to my old Athletic Days ways of living. Eat right, train properly and get plenty of rest. In other words, just live the way I'm supposed to.

Best of luck everyone and, as always...

Stay 'Healthy' My Friends!
