I need some help. How do you keep yourself from midnight snacking? I have a very bad habit of it.

I read when I can't sleep. Helps prevent snacking.0

Save calories for it0

I always just save calories for it. Planning is key.0

I skip breakfast, have a small late lunch, and eat a big dinner.0

Move more during the day and you will sleep through the night.0

As someone who slept 3 hours last night, this is not always true0 -

OP, plug your ears on that one and save some calories (pre-log) for that late night snack.

Agree with (most of) the above. I also tend to be a middle-of-the-night snacker, although not as much lately for some reason. Just make sure you save calories for it. I also found it helpful to predetermine what I want to snack on; half-asleep-me tends to make poorer choices than fully-awake-me, and if left to her own devices will easily eat half a jar of peanut butter, so I tend to set aside something specific to eat at night and pre-log it so I know it fits within my intake and macros. But then, I tend to pre-log everything anyway, which I know isn't everyone's cup of tea.0

I eat about half my calories between 10 PM and midnight. I just arrange my day to allow for it.0

do you get out of bed to snack? Or are you still up at that time?0

save calories if I am going to be up.....but usually I just brush my teeth when I am done eating for the day - my little brain signal to STOP0

SLEEP. No kidding;
I do a quick core-strengthening workout 7-15mins, hi-intensity, just before bedtime.
My muscles send all right signals to my brain to go down, and stay down
