agnus castus "vitex" anyone tried it for PCOS?

Has anyone with PCOS tried Agnus castus or "vitex" to help with regulating periods and hopefully help with ovulation? I have very irregular cycles and have been TTC 3 years, has anyone found this helpful?

    The only thing that helped me (before I had a hysterectomy) was losing weight. Low carb is helpful for PCOS as well.

    Same here. I have tried almost everything ( except vitex). Nothing worked but losing weight. So Im doing it again to hopefully have another baby. But, if you try it, let us know how it goes and if it works!! :D
