I'm Sasha, I'm 20 and I want to change my life! I'm that type of person who gets extremely motivated to lose weight and eat healthy for 1-2 weeks, and after that I just give up... Apart from these days I tend to overeat a lot, also I emotional eat, when I'm feeling lonely/depressed, eat too much sweets and too much carbs! And that's why I gained weight! Currently I weigh 65 kg/143 lbs, height - 168 cm/5'5, want to lose 15 kg , so I'm looking for people with similar problems and goals to talk to and share!!!! Also, today I'm starting PiYo workout program (and T25 at some days), maybe someone would like to join?
I'd really appreciate if someone answers to this little message of mine :):D

    Welcome, I was/am pretty much you. I used to get super motivated to lose weight..would exercise like crazy and eat healthy, then one day the scale didn't move..I'd quit, give up and eat lots of chocolate and pasta! Now I've learned to eat the foods I like and fit them into my calorie goal. I'm finally seeing some good results! I also bought a food scale and that helps tons!

    Hi Sasha! At the beginning of least year I was in the same place as you. I just purchased PIYO (I should be getting it by Jan 30) and I already have T25. Feel free to add me and we can talk about a workout schedule if you are interested!!
