Back to my start weight - HELP!

Hi everyone! I've been a member of MFP for about 2 years, and I successfully lost the last of my 2 stone goal with it, and maintained it for about 8 months.

Then I went to uni.

You know the story; no scales, missing home, late nights and junk food. I knew I'd put on a bit. When I weighed in at the end of the year, I was up to 9stone 10lbs (I'm 5'3"). Heavy, but not disastrous. So over summer I was careful and felt as though I was back in my groove a bit. Down a couple of pounds without really trying. After the first semester of second year, when I feel I was a little more restrained than first year, I've just got on the scales; 152lbs. 11stone. Definitely overweight, and back, on the dot, to my start weight at the tender age of fifteen.

HOW HAS THIS HAPPENED?! AND WHAT DO I DO ABOUT IT?!

AAAAAAAAAH.

I know, basically, that I've eaten too much and not moved enough, but I could just do with some comforting empathy and maybe some advice from anyone who's successfully lost weight at uni.
