I'll be 21 in May and I'm looking to move to Greece just after my birthday, and wanting the typical beach body. I'm almost 6ft and weigh 9s 12, my main problem is my bum n thighs, just wondering any tips that would help me tone quickly? I eat really health so my diet is fine.

Pick up heavy things and put them back down. Stronglifts 5x5 is an easy program to follow.0

"Toning", as most women seem to percieve it, is an absolute myth. Super low weight at super high reps does nothing for your muscles. Your muscles require an actual challenge to gain shape/definition/size.
Deadlifts, barbell squats, goblet squats, calf raises, hamstring curls, crunches will probably give you the look you want. Throw some upper body in there too, especially back exercises like rows. Do them heavy enough so you can't do more than 3sets of 8 repititions. Throw another 5-10lbs on every 2-3 weeks, and stop adding more weight when you achieve the aesthetics you are going for.
1lb of muscle takes far longer to build than it takes to lose 1lb of fat, so the sooner you start, the better.0 -
