it I stick to 1300 calories a week and exercise 2-3 times a week will I lose weekly? Most diets are 1000-1200 calories and that's tough.

No, most diets are not 1000-1200. Stupid unhealthy crash diets are that way. Losing weight sensibly doesn't have to be tough.0

If you're eating less than maintenance, you'll lose weight. Though if you only have 10 pounds to lose as your ticker says, 1300 will still probably be too low to sustain.0

If you have a normal metabolism, you should be able to lose weight effectively at 1300+ caloires/day. Also, 5-6 days/week of exercise is ideal and will let you eat a little more as well. It doesn’t have to be super long. 30 minutes/day of intense exercise does the trick just fine.0
