Going over macros lately while still in calorie deficit..

I readjusted my sleeping schedule. Now I'm waking up at 6-7am, when I used to wake up 4-5pm and eat all my calories during the night and still lose weigh. I lost 8 pounds last month eating like that. This month I decided to start exercising again (doing insanity) and I've been getting extremely hungry during the day, and night.. I ate around 1800 calories yesterday. Today I ate my 1200 but my carbs and protein/fats were all over the place. When I didn't exercise I didn't get as hungry, and I always ate 1200 without getting hungry, losing 1-2lb a week, however, I don't want to lose weigh and look flabby.. which is why I started insanity. Any advice?

    1200 is probably not enough. So eat more.

    You're doing insanity. You will lose weight and you will look flabby. It's insane!
