This is what I did yesterday
Bicep Curls
Push-Ups
Mountain Climbers
Russian Twist
Burpees
Planks
Wall Sits (Some Call it Wall Plie Squats)

45 seconds each - 15 seconds Rest

Check out the Spartacus workout through Men's Health - all you need are a couple of dumbbells. Been doing it for over a year & it's great stuff!
