Back again - this time for sure!!

My goal this year is to document what I'm eating so I can see the "true" calories.... like many people I "think" I'm doing OK but never lose. I also am committed to walking 2 miles in 40 minutes at least 3 times a week. My first goal this year - get under 200 (I'm at 226) for the first time in 15 years. Once I'm under 200 - I want to focus on getting to 175. Then 150... my dad died 30 years ago at age 59 of heart disease (weight, etc). I'm turning 59 in October this year and don't want that to happen to me.
