50+ female with lots to lose

I started MFP (again) this year hoping to lose weight and feel better. I need to shed about 50 lbs. The first week was great, of course. 7 lbs and since then nothing. I need help and friends to keep me accountable. Anyone interested in being my MFP friend and motivator?

I originally needed to lose 120#. I'm down 19# so far, 7# just in the last 8 days because I'm on the treadmill daily. I have chronic pain issues and need to get the weight off permanently!

Haha. If I could LIFT my foot that high after a workout, I'd obligate you when needed!
I've logged 27 miles on the treadmill this last 7 days. If I get the energy, I may try the last 3 miles tonight. My goal is 30 miles per week and maintain that for 3 months0 -
