Yeah I know it's not muscle gain or anything. See a little more definition than before but very little and clothes still fit the same

My legs are a lottttt stonger though and I should mention that a year and a half ago I had knee surgery and was off work for 3 months. Precious to the knee surgery I was pretty much off my feet for 3 months. That's when I gained the 15 pounds that I am trying to get rid of

What are you drinking...I do not see any water intake... or anything other than coffee in the morning.... You need lots of water... as I myself have found that with out enough water, I do not lose either.

A lot of people don't log water. I don't, I find it too tedious.

I am at the same place as you are. However I'm older too but I log all my food and workout for 45 minutes 5 times a week, strength and cardio, eat about 14-1500 calories per week, exceed my calories burned and exceed the amount of time I workout according to MFP and lose nothing and not an inch either, I actually have gained.... I am very very consistent on logging food and exercise. So if you find something to help you, I"d be interested in hearing it too Good Luck!
