    Everyone will have a different answer for you. I am vegan and I prefer an unflavored soy powder. Some people like pea protein or hemp, or whey. My advice is go to the store and do a lot of label reading to find one that fits in with your goals. You may have to try a few, get small packages before buying a big tub.
