weight loss help

So i've battled my weight for a long time and i'm very focused and dedicated to getting healthy and fit.

Over the last 6 weeks i have been working out 6 -7 days a week, for the first 5 weeks i have been doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and now i've moved onto her body revolution, plus adding cardio on saturday and sunday either walking the dog or jumping on the treadmil.

I have about 15kgs to go and i'm struggling seeing the results on the scale, i'm super aware of my salt and sugar intake and try to stay under my rdi, i'm vegetarian and i think i'm missing something and that's why i'm not dropping the kgs...i am however seeing results in my how my clothes are fitting.

Any help would be great and ill have my food diary public. ps i do drink at least 2ltrs water a day.

    What has worked for me, was dropping my sodium to 1500 mg/day, changing my macros to 30/30/40% for carbs/protein/fat, and increasing my potassium to 40x goal goal weight, drinking more than 1/2 my body weight in oz for water. Most of the time, I don't make the potassium goal, but working on it...
