TAKE CLASSES AND MEET FRIENDS

The best part of fitness is being excited. I loooove taking advantage of all the classes my gym has to offer. If you are a member of a gym or thinking about becoming one go straight to your front desk and ask for a class schedule! I enjoy spin class, aqua fit, body works and boot camp classes. I go to three different locations of my gym, LA Fitness. It is so worth it.
I like having the variety of instructors and other classmates. I have met a few girls in the classes and we enjoy meeting each other for the class. I also have become very familiar with the instructors and they call me by name which is the best feeling and makes me feel involved! hope this encourages some to join!!
