copying food to a different day

how do you copy a meal from lunch to dinner on different days?

at the bottom it says quick tools. click that then select the day you want to copy to. Once it's copied to the new day, if it's in the wrong meal, click the individual food and change to the meal you want it to be0

As the above poster said. Unfortunately, MFP doesn't have the option to copy to a different meal slot on a different day, so you have to copy it to the same meal slot, then move each food item individually to the other slot.
OR, you can be lazy and click "Remember Meal", save it as a meal, and add it to your dinner slot... Then delete that meal if you're not planning to eat it again. Actually, now that I've typed that out... The effort level is probably the same, unless the meal you're copying has 5+ items in it.0
