hello. just found this forum then found this group. looks interesting. I haven't read any of the other intros yet. I am 151cm in height and weigh 70kg. I am a 1973 baby. I'm learning how to use MFP and starting to follow a OKL way of eating. I have two boys aged 11 and 7 and a husband who distract me from my goals by eating everything I don't want to eat. anyhow, hello.
