Hi, I'm a two week newbie. I've been monitoring my calorie intake with this app, but not to my surprise I've been slacking. My numbers are daily going up, past my goal or below my goal. This is a battle for many people. I just want to say, let's keep to it, keep it up and keep living. Moderation matters. We are masters of ourselves.
