Hello I am Heather and just been using this ap around a week or two now. I like seeing the proportion of what protein etc I am eating and it has opened my eyes a bit also. I don't like to count calories but I want to maintain weight now.
I find on the day I don't excercise which is Friday I am more hungry I suppose it's my body refueling. I hope to build lean muscle tissue but also want to get faster at running and not sure I can do the two but will work.on it.
