Being poorly

I have some sort of virus, I'm not feeling well at all and it's playing havoc with my motivation. I have the sort of sore throat that only chocolate can soothe, so I ate a whole bar of it.
What do you do when you feel poorly? Do you just ride it out until you feel better and well enough to exercise and eat properly?

When I get sick, I usually lose my appetite. For sore throats, a lot of tea with honey and some soups with salt. If I'm really feeling bad, I won't worry about tracking or exercising. If I'm just starting to feel it or it is near the end, I'll try to exercise because it can help you feel better sooner. Sorry you're not feeling well!0
