Hey everyone,
I'm trying to start up my low carb diet again and really need extra motivation. I'm currently 71.3kg (roughly 40% body fat) and I'm trying to get down to 56kg (roughly 20% body fat).
Add me if your goal is weight loss and especially if you're low carb dieting!!!
