how can I get more protein in my diet?

Meat like steak, chicken, pork, fish (salmon, tuna,tilapia)
Cottage Cheese
Greek Yogurt/plain yogurt
Protein bars
Peas I've noticed have a decent amount of protein

I mix cottage cheese in with my scrambled eggs (I only use a 1/2 serving), egg whites in your protein shake (is "not" slimy & you "don't taste" them), add protein powder to pancakes - even better is using high protein pancake mix (Kodiak brand at Target).0
