    Hi! Thank you for adding me :). I guess I need to get a pic up soon. I understand about not knowing how to add friends, just learning my way around here myself. There was a notification on the very top of my page by the envelope icon. I think maybe you can click on someone pic and it will take you to there page, from there you can send a request. I need all the support I can get. This weight thing has been a yoyo for me for many years.Thanks again and looking forward to knowing you:)
