45 pounds down!

Hey guys & gals.

I just wanted to post a new before/during since I recently hit the 45 pound mark! I'm feeling more like myself every day and so proud! I have about 30 pounds to go and my goal is to get there this year. I've been walking, jogging, cycling and of course logging my foods. I stay around 1500 calories most days.

I'm 5'3". The picture on the left is from summer 2013 at about 210 (my highest) and the picture on the right is from yesterday and I'm at 164.
