Has anyone found that they still lose weight if they eat their exercise calories?

This is a long debated topic. Simply put.. some people don't eat any calories back, some eat all back, some eat part of them back. And every group will debate on the reasons why they are correct. Here's my take. I typically try not to eat all of my calories ... for the most part nothing is 100% accurate in reporting how many calories burned. Not, MFP, Not FITBIT, Not even my polar HRM. Meaning if FITBIT says I burned 600 calories that day.. being realistic I know FITBIT can be generous in steps taken. So did I really burn 600 cals, not likely. Soooo I dont want to eat 600 cals back when I really didnt even burn all of it. I typically try to listen to my body with sensible decisions, if im still hungry with cals left from a workout even after dinner. The I eat light snack 100-200 cals0
