Women and muscle?

doea anyone have any good websites or videos for women who want to get stronger and lift? I need a routine but have no idea where to start or how my current routine lines up, thanks!

    I'm currently training at home and build up a routine using dumbells to get more strenght. Most exercises I found on youtube and the internet. There are many various trainings for all muscle types. I even do my cardio workouts with youtube, this because I can't always go out to do some running I have two kids one of them is just 8 months.     I'm a fan of bodybuilding.com. When I started I used mostly magazines and forums. The programs mentioned above seem to be very popular. Good luck!

    I'm not sure about the programs and routines on there. Everything is so...flashy, ha. I think I judge by the cover. But oh, I don't know what I'd do without their videos on EVERY exercise. Sometimes I rewatch them right before I try the new lift at the gym.

    Lift Like a Girl, Nia Shanks. http://www.niashanks.com/womens-beginner-strength-training-guide-lift-like-a-girl/ is a great place to start. Watch the video. I like that she teaches how to be functionally strong, not just look strong. I also love her attitude about food & body image.
