I am a college student looking to gain a healthier perspective on food and exercise! No longer eating at my sorority house or the dinning halls has given me the motivation to take responsibility of my weight loss and the food I put in my body! Looking for support and if anyone has an easy recipe, please send it my way!

Hello, Kelsey!
Ahh yes, the dreaded college weight. Typically, dining halls offer a wide variety of food, with healthier alternatives! But preparing your own meals would be the most ideal way of knowing what's going into your body.
Unfortunately, I'm not a chef by any means so my meals can be pretty boring. But I am full of positive thinking and support! Feel free to add me0 -
I feel this post so much. Also a college student, so I know the feeling, I don't live on campus though, but I am looking to lose a few pounds and make some gains.
I don't know much about recipes or anything, but feel free to add if you want.0
