I lost 1.4kg this week, I wanted to lose another 0.4lbs

At first I was disappointed. When that happens, I usually slump, eat some more and then it is down hill. Today, that did not happen because of the discussions that I read which gave me inspiration. I not after gratitude but I need to be grateful for the small achievements I suppose. And I am looking at the bigger picture which means, losing more weight over a period of time rather than over night lol. Lunch was very filling today, the alternative snacks - pop corn was a good option rather than toast toast and more toast with chips choc and dip. I feel good, now that it is out in writing. huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
