Im new to this and not sure how it works im guessing this app isnt good when having the shake replacements?

    Hello Roxanne!

    You use MFP to track your foods (in your case, the shakes) and your workouts. Once you've added your biometrics, and chosen a target goal of weight to lose per week, the app should automatically give an estimate of how many calories you should be eating per day.

    Hey francis thx for replying Iv done that but when iv gone to complete the day its saying i havent eaten enough just over half of what it says to eat i wasnt a big eater to start with but cant loss the weight iv been on the shakes n a low calorie dinner for 4 days n lost 2kg i dont want to eat more tho i dont know what to do

    I am no nutritonist nor a personal trainer, but if shakes are working for you, then by all means stick with it. :)
