My Breakfast go to! Under 250 Cals

If you're like me, you LOVE breakfast.
I will literally think about breakfast in the car, all the way to work, right up until I've logged on to my computer. Then it's breakfast time!
I have a job in an office which is mainly sedentary so although I don't want a big breakfast, I always need something just to feel like I've kicked off the day.
1 slice of brown btoast (96 calories)
1 spoon of peanut butter (55 calories)
Half a mushed up banana (51 calories)
Later around 11am, I might have the other half of the banana and record it as a SnAck
Get that peanut butter and banana loaded up on to the toasted brown bread. Make sure you chew quite slowly and a lot with this one too! Always make me feel reasonably full. You could also swap out the peanut butter for honey too. 1 tablespoon is 49 calories.
