I'm about to be 21 year old female and would like to lose 60 lbs. Before I had my daughter I only weighed 140 now I'm well above that. I'm ready to give my all and become the old healthy happy me. Its been difficult to lose weight because I work 8 hour night shifts. (11-7) I come home and sleep most of the day and am often feeling drained and out of energy. I need motivation to keep me on track. I would loved to get in shape by the end of summer. I'm looking for a female weight loss buddy. We can email text and keep each other motivated.

    I eat intuitively and do not believe in restrictions. I have a few rules to keep binge-eating tendencies in check - but they are portion related :)
