I really need support to do this, please !!!!!

I would like to lose 40 lbs this year and I would value any good tips from anyone. I have to be really careful what I eat and mostly gluten free so if you have any ideas please help !!!

  • High protein low sugar and exercise is how I list 97lbs. 60 more to go. Best of luck

    Find a workout that you enjoy and that you can keep doing consistently five times a week. Eat the right foods, too, of course, but you also have to exercise.
