    2 large carrots (one would probably do, honestly) will fill you up big time. BIG TIME. and probably 20cals ish each, you can afford that.

    I just go to bed when that happens. Actually though if I hadn't gone to bed yet I wouldn't take it out of this days calories it would still count as yesterday.
