Im on day 16 for the 30 day squats challenge which is rest day but I do squats regardless so its no rest day for me....anyone else??

Your muscles need rest to repair. Otherwise you can overtrain.0

Maybe we should ask what kind of squats the OP is doing before we start throwing around the word "overtraining."0

30 day squat challenge is unweighted bodyweight squats. So at day 16 she's probably doing 150 or so bodyweight squats and working endurance muscles. Probably still better to take the rest days, but I don't know that you are going to hit "overtraining."0
