Hi Ya'll! I have been on mfp for 3.5 years and managed to lose 80 lbs in the first 1.5 Over the last couple years ive sort of maintained but then i started to get lazy and gained some back. So here i am, i am back! I've been back "at it" for 2 weeks now kinda just doing random workouts. I have a fire lit under me to. I have a little extra motivation because my sister is getting married in June and its a beach wedding so i need to fit my dress and feel good in a suit im sure ill be in one at some point while im in FL! Starting weight was 225lbs, current weight is about 157ish so i am making a mini goal to be down to 140/145 by June but ultimately i want to get down to 130lbs. I am someone who was so obsessed with the scale for so long its hard not to look at it that way but i also like to lift heavy so as long as im shrinking (inches gone, muscle gain) then the weight on the scale wont matter.
