Hi guys,
im 20 years old and a nursing student.
Im looking to loose 55 pounds.
I am down 12 pounds in the first 18 days of my journey.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week,
right now, im doing 40-45 min cardio on the elliptical with 5-6 resistance.
A little nervous for weight lifting but it too will come.
I eat healthy, well balanced meals and track my food daily into MFP, which i find really helps.
I do drink with my friends on occasion ( I am 20) but ive switched from beer and spiced rum, to vodka with water and 0 sugar 0 cal drink mix and 80 cal coolers.
Looking for people in a similar boat that want to share their experience and motivate each other.

Hey! I'm also 20. I just started my journey this week and I'm down 8lbs. Its just water weight, but still a small victory. I'm looking to lose 83lbs more. Definitely in need of friends to keep me on track and motivate me.0
