What are some breakfast alternatives to cereal?

I'm going to have to give up buying cereal as I'm addicted to it.
I bought 500g of Bran Flakes yesterday and I've already managed to eat them all!
What could I have in the mornings instead of cereal? Something that's as easy to prepare, but something that I'm less likely to nibble on throughout the day.

I eat eggs pretty much daily. Sometimes I have it with some oats or sometimes just with 1/2 a grapefruit. It takes almost no time at all to scramble a couple eggs.0

I make egg muffins at the beginning of the week and they last all week. Grab and go. Spray muffin pan, mix up raw eggs and add whatever you want in it (ham, onion, mushroom, spinach, whatever you like) and then dump the mixture in the muffin pan about 1/2 to 3/4 full and then bake at 325 until knife comes out clean. Delish and you can make several different varieties at one time.
Other ideas:
Protein Shake
Quest Bar
Cottage cheese and a piece of fruit
Heat up some leftovers
Greek yogurt and almonds
Berries and greek yogurt
Fried egg over 1/2 an English muffin
Omelette

Anything you want! Breakfast doesn't have to be the "traditional" breakfast foods.0

I'm also weird and like certain stews for breakfast, especially in the winter months.
Basically have whatever you want...I haven't had cereal for breakfast since I was like 12 or something.0 -
I eat eggs in the morning. I need the protein to keep me full. When I just eat grains (cereal/oatmeal) I'm starved an hour later and more prone to make really bad food choices while out of the house! I also keep precooked turkey breakfast sausage patties in the freezer. I'm sure there are some high protein cereals, yogurts, bars, etc...that you could try if you really like that kind of stuff.0

- Greek yogurt with protein granola and blueberries

Anything you like, as many people said. Oatmeal is my favorite, but some people can't seem to keep full on it. Sandwiches of all kinds, eggs in any way you can imagine, leftovers from dinner yesterday, all can be eaten for breakfast!
My personal preferences are:- Oatmeal with cocoa powder and peanut butter
- Sliced boiled eggs with turkey and cheese on wholewheat bread
- Hot cereals (Cream of wheat, grits, polenta)
- Boiled eggs and cream cheese on wholewheat
- Omelet with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, turkey, and cheese with pita bread... Or just a fork!
All the best! I don't usually eat cereal for breakfast myself, because it doesn't keep me full for more than an hour or two... And the serving seems so small for the calorie amount!0 -
Oats are always my go to, but if I had to improvise then maybe quinoa or even rice if I'm desperate0

Oatmeal and fruit, homemade wraps (you could make them ahead of time and freeze), I like Quaker Protein Breakfast Bars.

Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches! My fave is the Canadian bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. 220 calories and very tasty. I put it in the microwave for a minute and eat it in the car on the way to work. Very easy and I look forward to it every day.0

My breakfasts of choice are either
1. Porridge 35g Milk/Water mix with 10g honey or handful of Blueberries
2. Sardines/Mackerel (tinned or fresh), 1 round of wholemeal toast, chilli flakes or fresh chilli.
3. 1 round wholemeal toast, large free-range poached egg, 50g salmon, 5 mls Hollandaise sauce.
Any of these 3 will keep you going till lunchtime, but if not, have a banana and 30g unsalted mixed nuts nat around 10.30am.0
