I'm here ready to do this again

In 2007, I lost 50 pounds and was at my goal weight with Weight Watchers. In the next year and half or so, I gained 80 pound. I have since lost 30, but am back to bad habits again. My husband and I are planning to do this together. I am nervous, because I know this is a life change. I have a busy, busy life (I'm sure you do, too) with three kids, all with mental health diagnosis. Lots of appointments and behavior management keep me on my toes. All are picky eaters because of sensory issues, so it makes it hard to make healthy meals we'll all eat. I know...excuses, excuses. I will try.

Hi i just started doing this too. I also hired a personal trainer but new to that too. He told me to read a book called The Power of Habit....it's really good and it is a great way to understand bad habits, how they develop, and how to start new ones. I have a lot of bad habits too. Good luck.0
