So I had my bodyfat % taken yesterday. Now a few months ago, it was 3% lower than was measured yesterday...the puzzling part is, my weight never changed?
So a few months before I weighed 60kg, and my bf measured 26%. I still weigh 60kg, but yesterday it was measured at 29%. Besides human error with measuring, are there any other explanations? (It's been measured with calipers by the way)

Your body composition has shifted in such a way that you've gained body fat and lost lean body mass due to your diet and exercise regimen.0

Human error is likely the error.
Caliper testing can easily be off by 5%. Even hydro-densitmetey can be off by 1.5%
Look for a trend over several measurements and don't fret any single measurement.0 -
Probably human error unless you notice your clothes getting tighter.0
