Stalled!

Hello all - I am wondering your thoughts on this. I seem to be stalled out at my current weight, no matter how many calories I consume. I don't have a ton to lose, but wanted to get down to 118 from 126. I am fixed at 121 lbs or 122 lbs for weeks now. I'm a very active person - cardio with HIIT 4-5x/wk for 90 mins at least, strength training 2x/wk - and consume 1200-1400 calories per day. I weigh my food and track it consistently. Should I not be eating back my workout calories? I should add that I drink a lot of water, and don't eat any processed food ... I stick to a mostly paleo nutrition plan and drink alcohol on average only once a week. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

So, your BMI is 18.4 which is actually in the underweight category. a) you definitely do not need to lose any weight b) your body is going to fight you big time on any weight loss. Why do you want to lose further?

Yes, I know it sounds neurotic. I'm an athlete and I need to get to that weight in order to meet some performance goals in my sport.
