Does My Fitness Pal calorie counter account for running outside timeon hillsor treadmill running on a 1 to 2 percent incline?

    A general calculator isn't going to be able to handle subtle differences like that. Use an HRM if, for some unknown reason, you need that level of level of differentiation.

    You can adjust the weight (default set to 150 pounds) under #6.

    Calorie expenditure estimates for running are much less precise (i.e. there is much greater variation between individuals) than the difference between running on the flat or on a 1-2% incline.
