Jumping in and out of diets

Hi I'm 18 nd a lil over weight. I've been jumping in and out of diet and exercise plans ever since. I try a plan, stick to it for about two days and then give up. I guess the plans have been too intense and strict for moi but above all, I lacked encouragement. So I'm grateful for this app and all the amazing friends I've made so soon. I need your encouragement . Badly. And I'll always be here to cheer you on. Just lemme know when you start slipping. I'll tell you my tales and trust me you'll never give up once you hear 'em. Hi! I feel you on different diets and what not. The longest I stuck with something was WW for a few months..I was happy with what I was doing but ended up falling off.
I just recently tried low carb but it only lasted about 2 weeks. Now I'm trying to stay under a certain calorie amount and going from there. I have about 70 pounds I would like to lose altogether but am taking it one bit at a time.
Feel free to add me! My food diary isn't the best right now as I've just been eating what is left in the house so once we go shopping it'll look a little better0 -
@sugary985, I hear you. I feel the same. I've attempted the Atkins and Weight Watchers diet so many times... it's shameful. But I am at my heaviest and lord knows my body is not getting any younger... so i have to do something. I'm using this app to help with calories and doing the Couchto5K workout plan with some additional strength training. Today was day 1. So far so good. I'll be there for you, for sure, to encourage and keep you motivated. And if your time permits... please do the same for me. Add me as a friend.
