I think it's too early for a plateau.

In order to stay the same weight, I have to eat 2,370 calories according to MFP. I have it set to lose 1.5lbs per week, so it gives me 1,620 calories a day. Now, I don't always stick to 1,620 but since I've started the most calories I've eaten in any day was 2076. I try to overestimate what I'm eating, but I think I'm fairly close, and this past week I've weighed everything because I bought a digital food scale.
The first two weeks I did awesome, and I'm down 7lbs. But now for this past week, my scale hasn't budged an ounce. It's a bit frustrating, but I'm gonna keep going and hope this is a fluke. I'm going to the doctor on Thursday too, and I'm going to ask her for her advice on this too. I just wonder if anyone else has had experiences like this where they've done everything right and still just stayed the same?

One week is hardly anything to worry about.0

Been doing MFP since last April, and that's happened to me too. You need to know the food in your system, which doesn't really count toward your weight, can weight anything from .5 to 4 Pounds. So you could be losing weight even when the scale isn't moving over a week because the weight of the food in your system fluxuates. What I have done to get a more accurate idea of how much of what the scale says is actually me (instead of stuff that will eventually be gone from my system) is to go for a day eating calorie dense food, food that doesn't weigh so much for it's calories (don't go over your calories though), and drinking a minimum of water (for me that's about .5 liters, YMMV). Then the next morning, before you eat or drink anything, do your bathroom stuff and then weigh youtself. You'll be looking at the lowest number you can get at your current weight. It's not a good idea to do that often because it would be harmful to your body, but once in a while is fine. Good luck!0

Give it at least 3-4 weeks before you can tell if it's an plateu ...0

One week of not losing could be anything...sodium intake, stress, TOM, or the fact that weight loss is not linear.0

Thanks for the input. I am not giving up, and I know it's probably nothing. I am pretty sure I'm over thinking it.0
