As you can see my weight loss has stop. Please check my diary from Jan 10 2015 onward because anything before that is not so accurate as i was on a vacation but anything after that is am sure is up to 99% accurate unless the food labeling is wrong. I weight all my food, soy milk, peanut butter, biscuits, cookies. Even if that 1% of underestimate i still reserve calories allowance which simply i eat below my calories deficit target. My average daily calories is around 1000kcal so if anything i overestimate i am sure i still on a deficit. I am 5'8'' 62kg 22 y/o.

From the forum "success stories" Vismal has mention there is no such thing as Plateau, the only reason weight loss stop is overestimate and eating at maintenance. These should not be my case as i track everything that goes into my mouth and 1000kcal will not be anyone's maintenance as well.

What are you talking about? You've dropped 3 pounds in the last 10 days. That is not stopped.

I fail to see how it's stopped. I also see that you're already at on the lower end of a healthy BMI and don't need to lose any more.

Weight loss is not linear. And since it's actually 3KG in 10 days, that's extremely rapid.

my minimum BMI is 55kg, i want to drop my weight till 57kg because i want to have a minimum body fat to start my first bulk. At 57kg i estimated that my body fat % will be lower than 10%

I agree with malibu927, you don't need to be losing weight. But even if you did, you can't expect to see the scale drop every day. Body weight can fluctuate by several pounds during a day. I'm actually surprised your chart doesn't show your weight going back up once in a while, but maybe that is what happened on the days you decided to leave out of the data.
