Why not ? It's an interesting topic and one most people have no clue about. Granted it isn't an effective fat loss strategy but it has plenty of valuable insights to teach us about how our bodies work. I'd say if somebody is interested, a few hours of reading research papers will get you up to speed. Gaining knowledge is always something I am focused on.
In that case, how many calories will I burn reading research papers for a few hours? ....wait.... while I turn off the heat in my house and without warm clothes on!0 -

In fact your brain consumes 20% of your RMR calories. As for the cold, depends on the tempature and duration of course.0 -

Nah, that's not true. If it were true, I would never have been fat because I have always been colder than other people since I was a kid, so cold that I shiver when others are comfy.
