Hi! I need to lose 20lbs by March 25. Low carbs low sodium and low sugar.

    20 lbs in a month is quite a feat, depending on your starting point, it may not be possible. Why the time limit?

    You don't actually need to be low carb, salt, or sugar to lose weight. All you need is a reasonable calorie deficit.

    Health reasons. I have been working on this since November. My sugar count is boarder line. Trying not to do the insulin thing.
