My motivational trick

Hi and thanks for reading this, I would like to share a new trick thats motivating me recently.See if it helps you... I imagine that I am sitting inside my stomach and watching the food that comes in.. (I even imagine the food falls on my head:)) ) I try to eat little amounts and healthy food. I daw a stomach picture daily and write down what I eat when I eat.. Gives me visual understanding of what went in my body that day..It seems to help me big time...Basically I started looking at my body from the inside rather than outside..:smile: Let me know if this is any help, take care, wish you health...Ayse
