Great start then loss stalled

With a 40 Lb loss goal I stay at 1200 cal/day easily. Sometimes a little less. Working out 3 times a week. The first week I lost 8 lbs. Way more than I expected. Now ice lost nothing for 5 days. Trying not to get frustrated.

    The first week is generally when someone drops the most weight. But don't let that deter you. It was water weight with a little fat mixed in. You are doing great, just keep doing what you are doing. You didn't put on 40 pounds overnight and it is not coming off that way either. You can do this. Best wishes :)
