30 day shred Jillian Michaels is great. Also I brought Charlotte Crosbys Bellt Blitz & it's another good 1. Hope this helps!! Don't do Vicki pattinsons or Josie Gibson, I didn't rate either!!

I'm a big fan of Beachbody T25, all three alpha, beta and gamma. 25 mins plus a less than 5 minute cool down.

I love Jillian Michaels and am just thinking of starting another round of ripped in 30. Seriously, any of her videos are tough, but effective.

I am starting to 25 tomorrow. Can you please give me your recommendations on it did it help you lose weight? Did it help you lose inches?

I love all the Bob Harper DVDs - Michelle Bridges Project Shape Up (for beginners) but then Project Ripped and Project Extreme take you to an amazing new level. Michelle Bridges is the Australian Jillian Michaels and is amazing.

My suggestion is see if your library has any. Our system allows us to go online and order things and then we pick them up at our library. I've tried so many DVD's that way and without commitment. I'm able to try new things but it's no big deal if I don't like them. I've ended up buying a couple of the favorites.
